In 2018, Johnson  at RAW Labs in East London called Future Heroine. At the time she was making her Road Sign works out of flimsy materials, inspired by the exhibition title Johnson used her weightless signs to create Super Heroine Capes. Johnson likes to play with symbolism and meaning, making solid structures into fragile, soft capes that can be worn by visitors allowed her to make stationary and immobile objects into feminine, fluid statements.
